Mike has over 39 years of experience working with Heavy Civil Engineers and Contractors for Heavy Civil Engineering Projects across the entire United States. Mike’s experience as an Estimator, Field Superintendent and Project Manager on the contractors side of the fence combined with his experience contributing to the design Heavy Civil Engineering projects makes him uniquely qualified to perform Building Information Modeling for this type of work.

Modeling is performed using a collection of fully parametric customized components and automated design processes to model temporary and permanent structures for bridges, railroads, dams, water and waste water treatment facilities, underground utilities and underwater structures. His specialty includes providing assistance in the design of temporary structures such as deep and shallow excavation support structures and underpinning, underwater structures such as cofferdams, dewatering systems, temporary work trestles, bridge false work and formwork for complex cast-in-place concrete structures.
