We build the project with you before your crews do. We break the model down into construction phases and disciplines, apply a variety of graphic filters to decipher the elements logically, and we report conflicts through clash detection software such as the AutoDesk Navisworks product.
In addition, a project can contain information about a project at various stages in the building’s lifecycle, from concept to construction to decommissioning. This is sometimes called 4D BIM where time is the fourth dimension. We can link every building and construction element to a constructions schedule, including Microsoft Project and Primevera Project Planner.
We can “run” the schedule with the model use it together as a way to analyze the activities used in building the project. This tool can also be used in Claims Analysis to show the side by side effects of the as-planned verses as-built construction schedules.
